I needed someone to fix my boiler when it started leaking and left me with a damp floor and no hot water. They arranged for an engineer to come out to me the next day and the job was taken care of quickly and professionally. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

JPFree have fitted on time on budget, a beautiful new bathroom adapted to my needs. It has been crafted with meticulous detail and care to a very high standard by Matt and Connor. The whole team from James the owner, and the office are friendly and helpful .They listened, advised and delivered above and beyond . I felt at ease with the team working in my Home. It has been a very good experience throughout. My new bathroom and shower are luxurious and beautiful . I highly recommend JPFree for quality and excellent work done with a friendly service. Naomi from J P Free was excellent! Arrived early,we discussed the problem, had a look, realised that the part that was supplied was wrong,so a trip to our local plumbers merchant and getting the right part was obtained. Back to the toilet, correct part fitted and a flushing toilet was back in use! I have never been more happier to have a toilet that flushes properly! Naomi is a credit to herself, her Company and Trade. We shall be using them again should the need arise. Brilliant Service.

Excellent service from start to finish, no surprises, great explanations and left everything spotless.

The primary job was to resolve a dripping compression joint on the loft header tank float valve. After booking the appointment a secondary issue arose: a toilet cistern valve was failing to close properly. Both problems were competently resolved by Naomi who displayed notable initiative overcoming difficult access to isolating valves on boxed in pipework.

J P Frees Plumber Naomi was excellent, arrived early, was greeted with a cuppa, we spoke about the job and what was happening and she was straight to the job. Wrong parts had been sent by the supplier (Another Return) but a quick visit to a local plumbers merchant and hopefully a superior part was soon fitted and working correctly. I have never been so happy to have a flushing toilet! Naomi is a credit to herself, her company and her trade. We will be using these guys again if needed. Superb Service, thank you.
