  Unreliable admin. Overcharging me. Poor communication

  Mum called in to explain full job needed. Admin didn't pass this on and so plumber turned up without materials. I have been overcharged massively as they have charged for time spent driving off to get a pipe for a dishwasher and also seem to have rounded up the time to the nearest hour. They are charging 2 hours of has work when the only gas work that was done was caping off a cooker connection which took 15 mins. Plumber bought a pipe too short and so used copper pipe making the job cost a lot more. I had a limited budget and would rather the job wasn't completed if I knew I'd charges so hi.
