  Pump Replacement

  James immediately came to the rescue when the pump to the waste water storage tank failed. He arranged for the tank to be emptied the same day and then arrived himself to inspect and then order a replacement. It was even fitted at the weekend. The communication was excellent and the cost less than expected. I would not hesitate to use JP Drainage again and would thoroughly recommend.

  New Sewerage Treatment Plant

  We can’t thank JP Drainage enough. We had a new sewerage treatment plant installed into the property we were selling. James is lovely to deal with. He explained everything, and answered our questions fully and in a way that was easy to understand. Nothing was too much trouble, and James went above and beyond. One of the best contractors we have ever dealt with. Would recommend fully and use again with no hesitation.

  Sewage Treatment Plant Installation

  James installed our new sewage treatment plant March 2025. He is extremely professional, competent and reliable. He has many years' experience of installing tanks to meet Building Regulation compliance. We would not hesitate to recommend his services - fantastic job!

  Pump replacement

  The firm contracted to service and repair the septic tank was not contactable on a Friday afternoon and we had sewage backing up into a house of a 95 yr old, so we looked elsewhere to get help JP Drainage could not have been more helpful, coming out during the evening to survey and supplying and installing a more suitable pump. Even dropping in to finish the job on a Sunday afternoon!

  Great to find someone who is honest, helpful, polite, friendly and above knows what they are doing. James and his sons turned up when they said they would and got the job done efficiently. Would recommend them highly.

  Installation of water treatment plant. Decommissioning of old system.

  James visited our site and produced a detailed estimate of the cost of the work. Before the job started, he arranged a reference site visit and gave a thorough explanation of the function of the new water treatment plant. He kept to the agreed installation date and timeframe. He arranged the purchase and delivery of the new plant and all the materials and organised all additional services e.G. Electrician, building inspector. When the job was complete, he ensured the site was tidy and safe and gave a comprehensive handover. He and his team were always polite and we will use his company again.
