This company is so efficient- in minutes of my enquiry they contacted myself and I organised the date and time for them to come and see the job then they did everything they could to fit in with my schedule, nothing was to much trouble for them.

Our sewage pump failed - we contacted James and he came out exactly when he said he would. Communication was good - and the pump was replaced in good time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Tony near Caersws.

Really happy with the job, very tidy , minimal disruption to the rest garden. James kept us informed and updated on all work being carried out, very professional outfit, great value for money, would highly recommend.

JAMES WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE , POLITE AND RESPECTFUL. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. ELECTRICIAN CAME ON THE DUE DATE, STONE AND CONCRETE WAS ALL DELIVERED WHEN HE SAID IT WOULD BE (NO WAITING AROUND FOR DELIVERIES). JAMES ALSO DEALT WITH THE BUILDING REGULATION ASPECT ON OUR BEHALF. WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND JAMES AND HIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE HIM AGAIN SHOULD THE NEED ARISE.

James immediately came to the rescue when the pump to the waste water storage tank failed. He arranged for the tank to be emptied the same day and then arrived himself to inspect and then order a replacement. It was even fitted at the weekend. The communication was excellent and the cost less than expected. I would not hesitate to use JP Drainage again and would thoroughly recommend.

We can’t thank JP Drainage enough. We had a new sewerage treatment plant installed into the property we were selling. James is lovely to deal with. He explained everything, and answered our questions fully and in a way that was easy to understand. Nothing was too much trouble, and James went above and beyond. One of the best contractors we have ever dealt with. Would recommend fully and use again with no hesitation.
