  Really lovely bloke – friendly, approachable, but more importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. He gave us some hard truths about our burner in a clear and professional way. While we didn’t get the outcome we were hoping for, we came away feeling better informed and confident about the steps we need to take to get it not just working, but safe.
