Really lovely bloke – friendly, approachable, but more importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. He gave us some hard truths about our burner in a clear and professional way. While we didn’t get the outcome we were hoping for, we came away feeling better informed and confident about the steps we need to take to get it not just working, but safe. Will was easy to book with, arrived on time and was so polite, he took his shoes off at my front door on his own accord, he was clean and tidy and was very helpful in showing me where I can get the parts for my burner. He will contact me nearer the time of my next sweep.
