  Kitchen tap replacement

  Amazing experience - tap was changed in a super speedy manner, really good comms - will deffo be using again 100% would recommend to anyone!

  Leaking pipe

  Had an issue with a leaking pipe on my roof and Louie came round had a Quick Look and fixed the issue promptly. He explained the issue clearly and gave me advice for the future Would highly recommend

  replace waste pipe and plug to leaking kitchen sink , new toilet fitted

  Louie came on time , gave us a quote for the kitchen waste, went off to get supplies and repaired the sink within an hour. He checked the toilet that was leaking and gave us a quote and arranged to fit the new toilet a few days later , which he did. All this done in a proffessional way with a smile and pleasant manner. We were kept informed by Shane on when Louie would arrive and Louie contacted us before he arrived to make sure we were in. Many thanks

  Very expensive to fit an outside tap!

  I got 2 responses to my request for a tap repair, one gave the price for the first hour's work so I rang Jolly's back to check their rate and was told that there was no call out fee. The plumber would come, give me a quote and carry out the work if the price was right. When he came and gave me a quote to fit a tap, I said we could probably fit it - and he then said I'd still be charged the call out fee.... Next time I'll just find a local plumber who can give me a quote without the call out fee. Won't use Jolly's again! Also no receipt given.

  Dear Maggie, We have quoted the price for you over the phone and we do not charge for call outs at all. We charged you £70 to replace a tap, we believe this is more then fair.According to industry standards it would of cost you £140
