  Reply to request for a quote, was picked up and actioned quickly, once quote accepted work carried out, flat roof replacement, within a few days Roofer was extremely experienced, both workers pleasant and hard working, did not stop even for lunch!!! Not what we would have wanted Would recommend

  Very good service called with a leaking roof the problem was identified on the first visit and a quote obtained there and then which was very good The work was carried out to a very good standard and explained the process as they went along with the roof repair also shown before and after photographs I will definitely use Johns Property maintenance again and will definitely recommend also everything was left clean which was a bonus for me. Thanks again Mason.

  Great Job - Would Recommend

  These guys were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Also, reasonably priced and fast. The job they completed for us was to rectify and finish off an Oak framed conservatory attached to our house which the suppliers and fitters left in a horrible state with just flash banding! We were experiencing considerable leaks. They came to inspect and found the panels had even slipped! They quoted and rectified all of the issues - we are very pleased that we used them.

  Friendly, reliable and highly recommended

  I commissioned John's Property Maintenance to fit a large polycarbonate roof to solid oak pergola construction. The work was booked in and fully completed within 3 weeks of the initial contact. The communication was prompt and consistent throughout the entire process. The team were great, very friendly, considerate, and tidy workers. The job is great. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

  Good reliable experienced roofers

  From the first phone call enquiry to finishing the job we were pleased with this company. They always replied to messages, they gave a quote and stuck to it, they turned up when they said, carried out the work to a good standard and tidied up. If you need a conservatory roof conversion I would recommend them.
