  fantastic company and I am really pleased to have found them. They gave a fair quote and carried put the work soon after. The guys were all very professional and friendly. The work was carried out to a high standard, safely and efficiently with a good clean up. Once the work was complete they ensured I check it thoroughly and explained what they did as well as explaining the guarantee. their work was so good I have already booked them for another job next month. I highly recommend them if anyone wants high quality work at a fair price

  Reply to request for a quote, was picked up and actioned quickly, once quote accepted work carried out, flat roof replacement, within a few days Roofer was extremely experienced, both workers pleasant and hard working, did not stop even for lunch!!! Not what we would have wanted Would recommend

  Very good service called with a leaking roof the problem was identified on the first visit and a quote obtained there and then which was very good The work was carried out to a very good standard and explained the process as they went along with the roof repair also shown before and after photographs I will definitely use Johns Property maintenance again and will definitely recommend also everything was left clean which was a bonus for me.
