  John’s Property Maintenance did an excellent job on our pitched roof. A crew of young men came as scheduled and completed the work to our complete satisfaction. They kept us informed of what they were doing as they progressed and left the work site clean and tidy I would not hesitate to recommend JPM to any work in the future. Thank you guys.

  John came out and gave us a very competitive price, told us when he could do the job, how long it would take and came through on every aspect of the job. More than happy with the work, his team did an amazing job of work I would highly recommend John Property Maintenance.

  Chimney removal and repointed and roof re done to stop leaks

  The company arrived promptly at the agreed time and carried out the work to an exceptionally high standard. The workmanship was excellent, and communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I was kept fully informed at every stage, and they kindly provided photographs showing the progress and completion of the work. I genuinely could not have asked for a better company to undertake my roofing work. They proved to be highly professional, reliable, and trustworthy. If it were possible to give a rating higher than 10 out of 10, I certainly would. Will recommend to everyone .

  Quick to respond to messages on WhatsApp. Very clear on work needed and what wasn't. Detailed quote received by email before work agreed. Date and time arranged according to the weather! A job well done, area left clean and tidy. All rubbish taken away.

  Excellent Service

  Garage Roof replacement. Extremely good service from the first telephone call. I left a message and a call back came in 15 minutes. A rough quote within 20 minutes. A visit followed to my home shortly after with a final quote which was accepted and work carried out 10 days later. 4 people worked non stop and their work was excellent. I recommend, John, Paul and family and would use them again.

  Very Happy Customer (who never usually writes a review)

  We have just had work completed by JPM after we discovered our roof had been leaking. This required all roof tiles being removed so that new felt and battens could be replaced, dry ridge fitted and new fascia, soffits and gutters then all tiles replaced with any damaged ones replaced. All the guys were super polite and clearly answered all questions I asked them. The finished job was excellent and was done very quickly in freezing cold and rainy weather. They have three generations of roofing expertise which is one of the reasons we chose JPM. We highly recommend them.
