From meeting John and Paul to having the work completed in just 5 days, I cannot express how fantastic this team has been, roofers at the top of their trade and it shows, the quality of the work is superb. Highly recommend and will defo use again in the future for the side extension.

did a fantastic job on removing are old garage roof a fitting a complete new roof also did the upvc facias and new guttering on garage. all rubbish removed and everything was was left clean . we got johns tel no from a friend and will definitely recommend him, thanks for all your hard work. gavin

John’s Property Maintenance did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our roof. It was a big job and they tackled it brilliantly, the whole team are extremely professional, friendly, and hardworking, their pricing was very fair, they were punctual, and they kept us informed every step of the way. They left everything spotless once the job was done, did a walk around with us to ensure we're happy with the work, and are coming back in a few weeks to make sure everything has settled correctly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’d recommend them to anyone.

The flat roof required 3 new felt layers, new drips and drip formers and new UPVC fascias. Johns Property Maintenance (JPM) also replaced/reseated ridge tiles where they had come loose, replaced battens and felt, where needed with new support trays etc. Valleys were replaced too. They removed all cement work from both gable ends and replaced battens and felt to enable "Uni -dry" verge capping to be installed. All the rubbish cleared away and a visual inspection of all work when the job was completed. Great comms and involvement from JPM, excellent work by the lads, well done all !

I have used John’s property maintenance in the past. As with previous roof works they were efficient; swift to respond; meticulous in their working; and left the site tidy. I am impressed with their work; their roofing team are always helpful and polite; and I thus strongly recommend them.
