10 Bumper replacement & brake replacement

Extremely impressed with the work that was done on my blue Mercedes a class! Couldn’t have done a better job. Would not of even known that there was a dent and the spray job that was done is incredible also had other bits done and again absolutely brilliant, won’t take my car anywhere else now that’s for sure. The guy that dealt with us is super friendly and was honest from the very beginning with a certain area that he may not be able to do perfectly but we were very surprised that he did indeed do it perfectly but he was honest and obviously did do a perfect job. Reception dealt with my needs immediately, inspected the damage straight away and provided a written estimate as promised the same day. Everything went as promised , the work was done on time, and was of excellent quality. I was told that an error had been made in the original estimate and the price was about £90 cheaper ! I wanted the bumper on my 2019 M5 re-painted to get rid of stone chips. I didn’t notice at first as I was in a hurry when I picked up the car, but later on that week I noticed the colour was off. I have a Sapphire Black car, but the bumper looked grey. I also noticed the bumper wasn’t re-fitted correctly under the grille. I took the car back, but Malcolm refused to do anything about it, saying that they don’t use manufacturers paint and that is what they were supplied. He said “most people wouldn’t notice” - hmm. Once again Malcolm and his team carried out an outstanding job following a minor scrape with a brick wall. They also repaired some stone chips on the bonnet and rear of my car. Johnsons Accident Repair Centre, which is situated on the Victoria Industrial Estate Burgess Hill, has been established since 1986 and specialises in accident repairs and re-spraying from a small scratch to a major accident damaged vehicle. We have a specialist chassis alignment jig, Computerised Wheel alignment and an air conditioning machine to cover any eventuality.
We can advise you as to whether a smart repair would be possible including: bumper scuffs, paint less dent removal and wheel refurbishment, which can be much cheaper compared to a normal repair and as all the repairs are carried out in the spray booths there is no need to worry about what the weather is doing, as mobile units have to work in all weathers and the finish we provide will be as per manufactures recommend: original finish and baked.
We also provide free courtesy cars including a courtesy van for our commercial customers as we have now an enlarged booth to accommodate LDVs, camper vans and mini buses. We have had many years in the trade covering many makes and models.
Another service provided is restoration of older cars, with many satisfied customers and references can be supplied.

Also bear in mind that as the insured you have the right to tell your insurance company where they want your car repaired. This way the car is kept local instead of being taken miles away.
