Call needed bumper repair, but also found a fault with the brakes. Malcolm rang me to let me know and asked if I would like them done. Really great communication and excellent quality work.

Extremely impressed with the work that was done on my blue Mercedes a class! Couldn’t have done a better job. Would not of even known that there was a dent and the spray job that was done is incredible also had other bits done and again absolutely brilliant, won’t take my car anywhere else now that’s for sure. The guy that dealt with us is super friendly and was honest from the very beginning with a certain area that he may not be able to do perfectly but we were very surprised that he did indeed do it perfectly but he was honest and obviously did do a perfect job. All at a great fair price!

Reception dealt with my needs immediately, inspected the damage straight away and provided a written estimate as promised the same day. Everything went as promised , the work was done on time, and was of excellent quality. I was told that an error had been made in the original estimate and the price was about £90 cheaper ! I would not have realized that and much appreciated the honesty. A very good firm to deal with

I wanted the bumper on my 2019 M5 re-painted to get rid of stone chips. I didn’t notice at first as I was in a hurry when I picked up the car, but later on that week I noticed the colour was off. I have a Sapphire Black car, but the bumper looked grey. I also noticed the bumper wasn’t re-fitted correctly under the grille. I took the car back, but Malcolm refused to do anything about it, saying that they don’t use manufacturers paint and that is what they were supplied. He said “most people wouldn’t notice” - hmm. Not ok. Regarding the fitment, I was told I must have hit something! - I hadn’t

Once again Malcolm and his team carried out an outstanding job following a minor scrape with a brick wall. They also repaired some stone chips on the bonnet and rear of my car. Malcolm is friendly, courteous and provides an outstanding first class service. Thank you again Johnson's ARC, would not take my car anywhere else.
