John helped us design our bathroom renovation & talked us through several options which was very helpful & nothing was too much trouble . Mark, our bathroom fitter, was meticulous , ensuring we were happy with every stage of the fitting & was very tidy when he left each evening . Communication was very good & we were always kept in the loop. If we had any questions John was always on hand to answer them .
