I recently had three bathrooms fitted by Southend Bathrooms, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Jon, the owner, was fantastic to work with—he took the time to understand what I wanted, gave really helpful advice, and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. We wanted to replace a large shower with a normal bath & shower over. Tricky because we didn’t want to replace the entire bathroom. John was very professional and didn’t encourage us to replace the entire bathroom which would have been a simpler option. Mark fitted our new bath, tiles etc, we have to say that he did a truly excellent job. He was a perfectionist and always left our home clean and tidy after each day. The end result was fantastic and we couldn’t see the difference between the new installation and the older part of the bathroom. We would absolutely recommend Southend Bathrooms.

I have only good things to say about this company. We were hugely impressed from the outset. Jon came to discuss our requirements and was so knowledgeable and friendly. Daisy in the shop was so helpful in assisting us in deciding on the best products. As for the installation, no praise is too high for Chas. a friendly guy, highly skilled in all aspects of this work, and always ready to answer any questions I had. The result is the type of beautiful bathroom that my wife and I could only dream about prior to contacting Southend Bathrooms. I highly recommend this company.

From the initial visit by John and follow up design meeting with Daisy, to the installation by Malcolm, the works were completed to a very high standard. I am extremely satisfied and pleased with the results/transformation and would definitely recommend Southend Bathrooms.

Had a positive experience from start to finish with this company. John came round initially to look at the existing bathroom, we needed a wet room for my dad as his now in a wheelchair, we wanted a wet room but modern. And that's exactly what we got. It's completely tiled. But his tanked the floor to make it water proof. Malcolm, the guy that did all the work was excellent, turned up in good time every day and always left it tidy and clean after each day, even putting the toilet back so they still had a loo. Bonus was going to his shop to look at tiles etc in southend
