Jason responded promptly to our urgent request to view, assess & quote for repairs to the section of our pitched pantile roof that was leaking. He arranged the scaffolding & scheduled the work to be carried out within a week of our initial call. Jason & Jamie sent us “before & after” photos of the roof section where the problem was. They explained carefully what the repairs had entailed & were courteous throughout our face to face & telephone conversations.
