Jason responded promptly to our urgent request to view, assess & quote for repairs to the section of our pitched pantile roof that was leaking. He arranged the scaffolding & scheduled the work to be carried out within a week of our initial call. Jason & Jamie sent us “before & after” photos of the roof section where the problem was. They explained carefully what the repairs had entailed & were courteous throughout our face to face & telephone conversations. The area was left tidy & the leak has been cured, which is a huge relief. Very happy indeed with the work they did.

Heard something falling down my Roof. When i went outside I could see a tile hanging over my gutter, directly avove conservatory. Called jm roofing, who came out after hours and in the dark Put up a ladder and retrieved a ridge tile so it couldn't fall off and damage conservatory Roof Then returned following day in daylight to re fit tile securely. No charge for initial call out.only paid to have put back in place. Excellent service. Thank you Jason

Jason provided a competitive quotation which we agreed. He took care of every aspect of the job, including arranging the scaffolding and contacting UK Power Networks to inspect our supply and issue a safety certificate. The work was started as planned and completed as promised. During the work, mess was kept to a minimum and afterwards everything was cleaned, gutters cleared and waste removed. We were very impressed and can wholeheartedly recommend his services.
