Jon arrived as we had arrange and booked, on time and with all the necessary equipment and parts for the job. He left everything clean and tidy and what I was impressed with was his straightforward and understandable run through of the installation. He gave me a good a practical aftercare package and he will send a reminder when due beforehand. This really ticks the boxes for me.
