Lovely friendly guy, got straight to work looking at the boiler to make sure heating could work then the hot water, was quick, explained things as he went along, overall nice guy

I called John in the morning as my boiler wasnt working, he answered the phone and although very busy he came over to look at the boiler, he was on time, professional, and explained everything very well, what had happened, what he was doing and how to resolve future issues, the service was amazing, price was good, he was very professional and I would highly recommend him, thanks once again you made the process smooth and will be using you again in the near future, Tina and Mom

Got in touch after our enquiry quickly, to check our requirements and with details of what would be involved with the work. Was prepared to, and independently arrange, a visit to the property through the Estate Agent, and kept us up to date with what had been arranged, with a phone call on the day to discuss the findings, as well as emailing a copy of the completed report. All in a timely manner, and to the value quoted. Thank you Jonathan.

Jonathan provided us with an outstanding service when he took out our old boiler and installed a new one. He was one time, friendly, worked efficiently and got the job done in the time he said. He was also incredibly understanding of our teenage daughters autism and accommodating her needs when his work involved disruption to the house. I cannot recommend him highly enough- first class service from a first class bloke!
