From quote to fitting, Mr Fowkes explained what needed doing and booked my old dad in. Being hundreds of miles away I worried dad would be ripped off, or feel the need to be helpful! I explained the medical/age situation to Mr Fowkes and he kindly explained everything to dad, arranged a date to replace the boiler, and then rang me to update so I could remind dad daily. After fitting, I spoke with both dad and Mr Fowkes who were both happy with the days work. Highly recommend to anyone with boiler/heating issues.

Jon attended yesterday at the time agreed to fix our hot water tank. He explained everything he was doing to fix it and completely the work promptly. very reasonably priced, I would certainly recommend and use again in the future.
