Job location: SO15As soon as I posted my requirement regarding an electrical issue, Jim called me and was able to attend very quickly. I provided the address and tenant contact details, and he took care of everything efficiently. The problem was resolved promptly, and he kept me informed throughout, which was very reassuring as I manage the property remotely.
