Having gathered 10 quotes from a variety of solar companies, I decided to go with JME Energy. A local firm that explained the system, the process and responded to my queries in a speedy manner. They coordinated the installation very well, from equipment delivery, through scaffolding to the actual day of the installation. Knowledgeable and respectful, I found Jim and the whole team to be the right choice for me.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The only one of 8 solar installers that did a face to face visit. We have had solar panels, battery and a Home Backup Gateway installed. The team have kept us informed every step of the way. It has been seamless, from the quote, scaffolding, panels being delivered and fitted and the electrics. On completion, we received the certificates and paperwork promptly on confirmation of payment. We really rate the service provided by JME Energy Ltd and would highly recommend them for solar panels, battery and Gateway installation.

As soon as I posted my requirement regarding an electrical issue, Jim called me and was able to attend very quickly. I provided the address and tenant contact details, and he took care of everything efficiently. The problem was resolved promptly, and he kept me informed throughout, which was very reassuring as I manage the property remotely. Jim was brilliant! Got in touch almost immediately after my enquiry about a PIR removal then called to discuss in more detail and give me a quote. Kept in contact and we arranged a time for the work which he carried out exactly as discussed, including letting me know when he was on his way. Very friendly and professional and highly recommended!
