  Some good work, but disappointing overall experience

  I am disappointed to leave this review as some work completed by JM Decorators was of a good standard. However, my overall experience was disappointing. The work continued over several months, with repeated delays, poor timekeeping and inconsistent communication. I regularly had to chase for updates and arrangements were not always followed through. Despite ample opportunity for the outstanding work to be completed, the job was left incomplete. I have tried to be balanced as some work was completed well. However, reliability, communication and completing agreed work are equally important.

  My thoughts on this matter is that miss Natalie was referred to me though a family member work was being done ok but on occasions while doing the job she agreed for the staircase to be in black which l did then changed her mind and wanted me to paint it as it was before in the original format which l did but it wasn’t exactly the same as before frustration had set in l decided that l would come on the weekend to finish she declined on which she asked for £200 refund on which l refunded her the money not everyone l am able to make happy but l do try and show in my work

  John has completed two pieces of decorating for me over the past few years. He is very responsive, efficient, fantastic attention to detail and has done an excellent job. I will definitely use him again.

  Jm decorators carried out my work to my requirements and did stellar job l was impressed on how he paid attention to detail and gave me good advice on materials great person to trust in my requirements

  John has been amazing! He patiently went through all my requirements and did a stellar job with the walls, ceiling and skirting boards. He pays great attention to detail and takes pride in his job. I booked him to also stain the wood floors.
