  John performed exceptionally well in damp proofing and painting various areas for us. He provided a comprehensive explanation of the process, detailing the requirements and the anticipated final appearance. His quotation was fair, and he elaborated on each step thoroughly.   John and his team were very professional and honest men. They gave me a plan of what will be done and how the work will be carried out in the best way possible. I loved the finish of walls and the ceiling he also filled in any gaps/holes

  Painting in living room

  John was well mannered, reasonably priced and sounded knowledgable when I first spoke him to however I’m disappointed in the paint job carried out. There were many flaws which included visible areas that have been totally missed (mostly the skirting board and beading, you can still see the raw wood), areas needing another coat or two, obvious brush strokes on surfaces and paint on my floors/plugs/sockets. He said he would come back to fix it but in all honesty I’d rather do it myself to a higher standard.

  As instructed l gave all areas a full 2coats on walls skirtings 3 coats also 1 plug socket below paint had been touched after which l offered to come bk and correct in which she refused l also deducted money from the original price the sum of £100 as we agreed on the £450 l apologised for the inconvenience caused as I tried to give her in the quicks possible time frame she had asked for my apologies
