Had a Boiler Service performed by BRENDAN ,BRILLIANT he is so polite and explains things easily. Very tidy removes any rubbish. Leaves everything as e finds it. He had an apprentice with him also who did as required. I cannot fault him it was a pleasure to have him and his apprentice. I hope he comes next year to do the Boiler service.

Woke up on Monday morning to find heating/hot water gone haywire. Phoned Biggs and Brandon and colleague visited later that day and sorted it all out. Fast, friendly polite couple of guys who were happy to spend time explaining the issue and how it was going to be fixed that day. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I have used Biggs Heat Technologies Limited twice and on both occasions have been very impressed. They initially helped in fixing my shower and then assisted with an urgent Washer Dryer problem (!) On time, friendly, and work carried out to a high standard. I have now scheduled a boiler service with them as well.
