  Very thorough service everything was checked nothing like the two previous services which was with an emergency plumbing and electrical company. Thank goodness I managed to cancel them and returned to the installer of the boiler. I can’t thank John Biggs firm enough.

  Identified problem with heat exchanger.

  A heat exchanger isn't cheap but the boiler is working OK at a low level I will be getting a new boiler when my extension is ready to accept it and this is my preferred supplier.

  Excellent work, great attention to detail, good direction with regards to position and equipment need for WC room being fitted. Left the house very clean and tidy, and everything back in place. I would highly recommend John work. Five ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  have used this company twice now, and to be honest i do not normally leave reviews but credit where credit is due, this company is amazing, the guy doing the work found it a bit strange when i kept asking him are you sure your charging me enough, as he seemed to go above and beyond what he had to do, if want work done ring this company 1st,
