Outstanding Customer Service

I called John as one of the pipes connected to my boiler was leaking, and I had been told by another plumber that the system would have to be drained. Brandon came later the same day and fixed it in about 15 minutes. I have not used Biggs Technologies before but intend to do so in future for all my plumbing and heating.

John Biggs and his apprentice , came and did a thorough service on the boiler and checked all radiators in the home. My family have always trusted in his company for decades now and would always recommend to any of our friends in need.

New heated towel rail.

I have used Biggs' heat technology before and found them to be excellent. I called them to ask them some advice on a replacement heated towel rail in the bathroom. He was prompt and informative and was able to fit me in within a week. He promptly arrived on the day , on time and fitted the new towel rail. Clean, tidy and a fair price great job, I would recommend him to anyone..
