Have used Biggs Heat Technologies before and would certainly recommend and also use them again. Had a problem with a tenants boiler during the recent cold weather, they attended the following day and resolved the problem. Fast, efficient and reasonably priced.

Annual Service and subsequently a tap repair. As always, with anything John carries out, the service was carried out efficiently and with care and attention to detail. The radiators were checked and John ensured everything was working well. (He had previously fitted the boiler, two years ago) He came back on another day to fit a tap with a slight leak, having ordered the part and fitted it perfectly. Work is always thorough and the kitchen left clean and tidy after all works. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours - utterly trustworthy.

Always impressed by the thoroughness of the gas boiler inspection and service and the check up on the hot water system and the central heating (radiators and boiler output).

This company never fails. They originally looked after a very elderly client of mine and therefore I decided to use them myself. They treated her brilliantly even with the challenges of her dementia. In my home on this visit the engineer, who is extremely professional and friendly managed to fix a boiler that was definitely a bit tired. He was very thorough and left the place clean and tidy too. 7 star service
