  Jim has done an number of jobs for me over a few years, he's always easy to get hold of, prompt, polite and explains the issues he's found in a way that makes plumbing and the intricacies of central heating easy to understand. Nothing is too much of a problem. I would happily recommend him and his work anytime.

  I had a problem with my boiler, I had hot water but no heat James came the day after I called him and fixed the problem, I also asked him to carry out a service, which he did, Very professional i was pleased with the service and would recommend him.

  Didn’t show up for booked service

  We had booked a service with J MAJOR CENTRAL HEATING and had a confirmed day however he failed to show up and answer our call when we tried to contact him so a whole day wasted waiting in for this company. I do not recommend at all, avoid.

  Phoned through Checkatrade and James called back promptly. Told him what the issue was, sent a photograph and the following day he was able to come and make the necessary repairs, super efficient and very professional.
