The time had come for a new boiler, what would normally be a time of worry and dread was in fact anything but. Jimmy was brilliant from the off, quick turnaround, hassle free and very trustworthy. The workmanship could not be faulted, and a very clean worker, didn’t leave a trace of rubbish, mess, dust or spillage. The whole process of the works was explained clearly and how to use the new system. I would highly recommend Jimmy to others and will continue to personally use his services. Faultless experience!

Jimmy serviced our boiler & gas fire quickly & efficiently. He removed & cleaned all the small parts, replaced parts & left areas clean & tidy. He kept in contact with us regarding arrival time so we were able to get on with our day & not waste time waiting for him. Jimmy advised us of a part that would need replacing and returned the following day to fix issue.

J Major Central Heating Services did an annual boiler service and replaced the filter. James issues an annual reminder for the boiler service. He responds promptly to WhatsApp messages and offered a service date that meant our needs. He arrived on time, carried out the work and resolved a problem with our filter. He is polite and friendly, works tidily, explains what he is doing and offers suggested solutions to any issues. He provided a gas safety certificate online, before leaving the house.

Excellent Plumber, always delivers. He will always return your call if you leave a message. Experienced plumber knowledgeable about the boilers, clean and tidy workman. Second to none.

Jim has done an number of jobs for me over a few years, he's always easy to get hold of, prompt, polite and explains the issues he's found in a way that makes plumbing and the intricacies of central heating easy to understand.
