Reliable Roofing Company in Maidstone!!

J L Roofing and Leadwork Services were a great company to do work with. Joe and his team were efficient, polite and professional. From the moment Joe came to quote for the fix to my roof he was honest and helpful answering all of my questions and explaining the work to be done. The works were completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company.

Honest, thorough and a pleasure to deal with

Thoughtful and helpful from Day 1. What began as replacing a few tiles became a full re-roof once the extent of the wear became clear, but Joe made sure I understood why the work was necessary without ever pushing to have it done. He and his team kept us informed about timescales and what to expect at every stage. The team were friendly and communicative and respectful of the property. They took real pride in their work, and we're really pleased with the finished result. Easily the best experience I've had with a contractor; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great communication

This was the third of 3 repairs undertaken. Whilst initially attending to replace a damaged tile and repair some pointing, I asked Joe to inspect a dormer roof. Not easy due to solar panels. Whilst repairs were made to damage found (leak), Joe inspected the other dormers finding similar damage to a second dormer. All findings were video taped/photographed without my asking. Price for repairs and timings all agreed. Joe took away all debris and left tiles for the scaffolders to replace if broken. Very happy to recommend Joe.

Chimney work and soffit replacement

Very pleased with the work Joe and Michael carried out on removing a chimney and replacing soffit boards on our extension. He always kept us infiormend of work progress and time lines for the work and scaffold contractors. Very efficient service, always with a smile .We would definitely recommend JL Roofing.
