Roof started leaking due to old velux window starting to rot. JL responded promptly to my initial call and was able to schedule in repair within resonable timeframe as well as recommending some other remedial work. Scope of work was fully explained and repair was carried out on time and effeciently. JL and team were very friendly and professional throughout and i would be happy to use them again.

I contacted JL Roofing at Christmas. Joe responded extremely quickly and a date was arranged to visit after the Christmas holidays. On the day that Joe came, we had had some snow so not ideal for climbing up onto the roof. That said, Joe got his ladders and up he went. Came back down with photos to show me the extent of the problem, which was very helpful. After receipt of his quote, a price and date to complete the repairs was agreed. Joe was fantastic from the moment we first met. First rate customer service. Have already recommended him to a friend.

I could not be more pleased with the work these guys done! The inside of my roof desperately needed changing as there were holes letting water in, they worked so fast and despite the weather putting the work off for a couple of days as soon as the sun was out they were back around! I highly recommend. Really lovely guys, friendly, hard workers!

This company found out the extent of the damage, told me exactly what needed to be done, replied to my email questions and supplied photos before and after the repair. I would strongly recomnend them. They were a pleasure to work with.
