  I wanted to install a driveway at my home, but in order for me to do so I had to underpin the front elevation of my house and bay window, along with retaining structures . So, what should be relatively simple, was actually quite complex needing a structural engineer, building control. I sent JLR an enquiry for my scheme and after meeting Selman, I knew instinctively that JLR where the right contractor. They were excellent in all regards, price, timescales, safety, considerate to neighbours and quality of workmanship. Wholeheartedly recommend you include JLR on your enquiry shortlist,

  Double garage conversion, kitchen renovation and bi-folds

  Had a new kitchen done knocking through into double garage and opening up back of house with bi-folds. Selman managed the whole project from start to finish including recommendations of architects, structural engineers and building control. He was always available for discussions throughout the project and facilitated any change requests during the project, and helped with work that wasn’t in the original scope. Work was completed on a very tight schedule in the run up to Christmas to a high standard. The team of builders were all polite, knowledgable and trustworthy.

  Supporting Beam

  I cannot recommend JLR enough in all aspects of the work completed for us. We recently moved into a house that had had the chimney breast removed and the chimney left in place, so needed a supporting beam in the attic. JLR came and viewed the property and design, and then gave us the very competetive quote. We arranged a date and JLR turned up on time. The work was completed in a no fuss manner, and any rubbish disposed of. A pleasant experience and we will be using them again.
