We used JLR for a wraparound extension on our bungalow. Selman and the team worked tirelessly to get the job done. We lived onsite while the extension was being built and Selman did everything he could to minimise disruption. The build took approx 13 weeks. Selman is really knowledgeable and gives great advice. He handled all the building regs stuff, is totally reliable, a great builder with years of experience and a genuinely nice guy who likes to help. Nothing is too much trouble. He is also extremely patient and you can ask as many questions as you want! Cannot recommend highly enough.

This company was recommended to me via a friend whom also had their kitchen fitted. I found this company to be very reliable. Their punctuality and dedication to work is unmatched. Selman went above and beyond to ensure the work carried out was to a high standard. His constant communication with me was reassuring too. I'm very happy with the work they have done with my kitchen. It is now my new pride and joy. I highly recommend them.

Good workmanship and communication between the different trades and myself. Results excellent and for a reasonable price

JLR were reliable and helpful. I was initially pleased with the work but found it to be non compliant with building regulations. Remedial work was done by JLR so certification could be obtained. Building compliance certification was additional to the quotation for work.

Selman and his team did an exceptional job from start to finish on a major extension that covered almost 100 sq meters. 4 load bearing walls were removed to create a large open plan living space (kitchen and dining room) which included the addition a 10m steel supporting almost the entire back wall of the house. Orangerie with a large lantern added to the side of the house with Victorian effect windows to round off the look. To the front of the house an existing flat roof was removed and replaced with a pitch roof. Communication, cleanliness and time keeping over 6 months was outstanding
