Our old dishwasher was leaking and the delivering company wouldn't fit the new one. Jason contacted me quickly and later arrived and was quick to work and identified further issues which needed fixing. Not only did he improve the original work to be longer lasting, but he was keen to jump straight in and install our new dishwasher, giving us much more than we were expecting. Brilliant cost for the amount of work he did. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

Very good communication throughout pre-visit and work even though there were significant problems with removing old fittings. Job had to be extended well beyond original estimate but I was happy to approve quotation for extra time required. I appreciated the effort and determination Jason showed to complete the job.

My sink had been blocked and trap came off from drainage pipe, couldn't put it back on. Jason fixed it back on no problem, rectified the height of the trap so drainage was level to ensure reduction of future blockages. Explained why/how blockages occurred and how to maintain to reduce any future blocking. Good communication and friendly.

What an amazing company owner. Jason talked me through a way to try and fix my own radiator over the phone so I didn't incur a fee I just couldn't afford. This little check helped so much. It still needs fixing from the company but for now we have heat. Thank you so much for your generosity.
