Replaced broken toilet, great job.

Joe replaced our broken toilet. He did an excellent job, very clean and industrious worker. Won't hesitate to use Jo again for any future heating or plumbing work that might pop up.

Changing rads

Although Joe turned up to do a single rad change for us booked on here with a rad we bought ourselves we then arranged for him to come change 2 other Radiators in the hallway and bathroom. Joe was getting the rads and he was coming back a week later. That was almost 5 weeks ago!! Joe has made excuse after excuse twice or 3 times week. I have been very patient but he is so unreliable and as left us now just before Christmas needing to purchase rads and get a reliable plumber. I would have recommended initially as he done a good job of the 1st rad. But his reliability is horrific.

Joe contacted really quickly after I posted the job, he was concise about timing and cost. He turned up on time, was friendly and quick. There was no mess after he left. I’ll be asking him back to look at a bathroom refit in the new year for sure

Great plumber no job 2 small

Joe and his team were an absolute breath of fresh air, Came in and gave a reasonable quote with what we wanted and gave us a start time. The day before the start date he called to say what time he was arriving and arrived on time, No issues with the job, he and his team did a absolutly brilliant job, and didnt mind the odd change of mind by the missus. all in all it was an absolutely exceptional job and a pleaseure to have him work on the property.
