Joe was super kind and friendly whilst communicating. Arranged a convenient date with my tenants to carry out the work. Sent me over photos when the work was completed. I wanted something specific doing to the radiator which other plumbers did not seem to understand. Stress free experience.

This gentleman came on time and completed both jobs in the bathroom and cloakroom. He was an excellent worker and didn't stop until he completed both jobs. Clean and tidy worker. I would have him again for other plumbing jobs in the future. A fair price given too.

Very happy with bathroom installions, which were a new bath, extractor fan and a new radiator. They were able to solve a plumbing fault downstairs, fixing a stop tap and replaced an outside tap. They were clear throughout from giving a quote, the days they were able to do the work and left no mess afterwards.

A first rate job done, very competent plumber who was friendly, a tidy worker who didn't leave any mess and a very fair price for the work undertaken. Much appreciated. Regards Alun
