Joe came round day after job posted and gave a free quote that was very reasonable. he came the following day, accessed the area through plasterboard in the ceiling. job was thoroughly explained to my partner, and Joe and his assistant checked the fix worked and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. really good comms throughout, can thoroughly recommend. cheers Joe, you are now our official plumber.
