I required urgent roof repair after a heavy rain fall this week, I placed an Ad for urgent roof repair and literally 2mins from placing the ad JLine roofer called. Very professional and reassured me that they could help. We agreed a time, they arrived as promised and gave me quote that was honest and reasonable. Great communication and always kept me informed of what he was doing, the repair was carried out and they were very attentive to detail and doing a professional job. I paid him over £800 (cash) to fix a leak in my flat roof. It took one day. It looked a good job but the first time it rained the leak returned. I phoned him and he promised to return to fix it. BUT after several phone calls and promises to return I’ve still not seen him and the leak still persists.
