Michael contacted me about 2 hours after posting the job. I sent him some pictures and he could see roughly what was wrong. He gave me a price subject to a site inspection. The roof was worse than expected so we agreed a plan and price, his team started work and kept me updated with many pictures as the job progressed. They also bedded down loose ridge tiles. Michael returned to make sure I was happy with the work. He turned up at the agreed time and true to his word only took payment after the job was finished. I would certainly be happy to recommend him to others.

The team were quick and got the job done. Our roof had a lot of issues and these were resolved within a day. We won’t worry about concrete coming off our roof anymore.

Overall - quality of work excellent and completed in a timely way in hot conditions during a heatwave. Thank you.

After two false starts the work was completed.

Michael and his team were very good and very thorough in their work. The work they did is to a very high standard and we are very pleased with it .

Communication through out the work was good. Plenty of pictures, phone calls and explanations as to what they were doing and why. The materials used were shown to us to show high quality. The work was carried out quickly and the end result looks good. Issues were discovered during the work not related to the current job. This was presented with pictures and explanations as to what has happened. With some discussions a way forward was found to put it right which did raise the price a little but understandable. Overall happy with the end result
