  Excellent from start to finish

  This is our 2nd time using John, he fitted our en-suite 4 years ago & its still as good as new. We engaged with him again for our small downstairs loo, & again he was excellent from start to finish. We thought we knew what we wanted, but with his guidance & first class workmanship the smallest room in the house has exceeded expectations. John is professional, tidy, reliable & works to a very high standard. He’s friendly, respectful & easy to have in the house. His attention to detail really shows, we chose small rectangular tiles & wanted ‘brick bond’ & are very pleased with the outcome.

  Cloakroom Refit

  John has completed work for us three times now, most recently re‑fitting our downstairs cloakroom. As always, the quality of his workmanship and materials was excellent. We made a few changes to the original plan, and John made sure we were happy with everything before continuing. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. I recommend John without hesitation.

  Ensuite refurbishment.

  John recently refurbished my ensuite bathroom with new sanitaryware, vanity unit, wall cabinets and quadrant shower cubicle etc and was tiled throughout. The finished product is to a very high standard and carried out in the agreed timescale and price. John could not have been more helpful with his input so, thank you John.

  Excellent work in our bathroom, would recommend

  We had a great experience with John when he did our bathroom earlier this year. His expertise and guidance in the planning stage was great, and his communication was always excellent, including communicating what we needed to decide, organise and prep. He helped us to maximise the space in our bathroom and really listened to what we wanted. When John was working on the bathroom he was efficient and tidy, and updated us on how things were going. John’s work in the bathroom is fantastic and we are very happy with it, would really recommend him to anyone.

  Fantastic service from start to finish. John designed the layout of our ensuite to make it look and feel more spacious than it was before. He was very knowledgeable in his trade and guided us with our fixture and fitting choices explaining the advantages or pitfalls of each so that we picked quality items, most suitable for us. We've ended up with a superb new bathroom, fitted and tiled to the highest standard. We can't fault anything and would certainly use him again. Highly recommended!

  Bathroom Refit

  John fitted a bathroom in our old home in 2018, so when we moved to a new house, John was literally the first person we called as the bathroom was in urgent need of replacement. As previously, John took the pain out of the whole process, he listened to what we were trying to achieve and advised on what would work and made suggestions on alternatives for aspects that wouldn’t work. John has just finished our refit and to say we are delighted is an understatement, the quality of fitting and materials used is excellent. It goes without saying we’d recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.
