The service we received from John from start to finish was amazing! From coming round to speak about options, right down to the last detail was done with such time and care. We could not be happier with what John has done and would recommend him to anyone. Our bathroom was complete in 7.5 days and he always left our home so tidy at the end of each day.

From help with design advice white goods and furniture to complete finish was so professional. Would highly recommend as so pleased with my new bathroom finished on time.

Another fantastic job by John. He did my ensuite in 2018 and I’ve had him back to do the main bathroom. I really like the way he works, he replies to emails promptly and, at the initial consultation, he advises and guides you through choosing items. He has a clear process which went very smoothly from start to finish. He arrived every morning at 8am and just got on with it. He kept me updated on progress and the work finished on time. His work is done to a very high standard with great care and attention to detail. He left everything clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John.

From the off, he provided much needed advice and design input, talked us through the entire process and was very clear about timescale and costs. It was a pleasure to have John in our home, he was so professional and hard-working. I was very happy with John’s work. He uses local firms that give good service and was able to help me choose the right sort of sink and toilet for the space. He did the flooring and tiling as well, and moved an outside tap. He clearly knew what he was doing and was able to explain clearly the pros and cons of everything. Polite and friendly, he finished the work to a very high standard. He took time to make the plumbing accessible in future. A very tidy craftsman.
