  Dishwasher repair.

  Contacted the company on March 24th. Appointment booked for Thursday the 28th, when I contacted them at 3.40pm that day as nobody had arrived I was told that the appointment was in the diary but sadly nobody arrived. Was then the Easter Bank Holiday, I received an email on Tuesday April 2nd apologising for not turning up and assuming that I would gave gone elsewhere. I replied that I had not gone elsewhere and that I was waiting to hear from then as to when they would attend. A reply arrived Wednesday April 3rd stating that they couldn't fit me in until end of the following week.

  Repairing faulty washer dryer

  Communication was excellent. Appointment was able to be scheduled for the next day. Paul arrived within the allotted time frame and scoped out the issue quickly. After further investigation, he also identified a problem with my plug socket that was causing part of the issue . Very satisfied with the work. Would definitely recommend.

  Dishwasher repair

  Paul did an excellent job in replacing the heating element on our Bosch dishwasher. He was efficient, tidy and pleasant, with a good sense of humour. Although the cost was quite high, it was significantly cheaper than having to buy a new machine. I'd recommend Paul and will use them again if the need arises.

  Defective Rangemaster oven and hob kept shorting out the ciruit breaker boards.

  Our engineer arrived at our property within an hour of my phone call, thoroughly checked over all parts of the oven, and found that the grill element was faulty and was the cause of the problem. A first rate service. I would highly recommend this company.

  Washing Machine Repair

  Paul made an emergency visit to our property on Boxing Day to fix our washing machine. He arrived within an hour of initial contact and not only fixed the problem (new heater required on washing machine) but also gave very helpful advice on how to keep the machine in good working order. Paul made sure the machine was working as expected after the repair while also checking the filters and making sure no leaks from the machine. Cannot recommend Paul highly enough and will use him for any future appliance repairs/installations.
