    Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our oven. Despite needing to order parts in, he will return next week before Christmas so we have it up and running. Thanks Paul.

    Prompt and courteous service

    Our washing machine failed on Sunday afternoon. We got in touch with JKP on Monday morning and Paul came around on Monday afternoon and sorted us out. His quick response was particularly impressive given that this is the first time we've had any contact with him. And the cost was very reasonable. When we need help in the future, we'll definitely avail ourselves of JKP's services.

    Highly recommend

    I called Paul about a fan oven tripping the electric. He diagnosed the fault and had the fore thought to bring the part with him. Paul was 100% correct in his diagnosis and replaced the part with ease. I was so pleased he was able to come out the day I called. He gave me an approximate time and diligently kept me updated on his ETA. He was very polite, clean, tidy and an excellent communicator. I also found his pricing extremely good Paul is a tradesman that everybody would like to have to hand. I have already passed his number to my family. Definitely 10 stars and a heart.

    I was most impressed with the service I received.I had a problem with my washing machine and Paul came out straight away and carefully and expertly fixed the problem and charged me a very fair price.He was friendly and approachable,also loved dogs which was a huge bonus! Thanks you Paul.
