High quality product carefully and efficently installed. The fitters arrived on time and were very courteous and polite. They ensured that we were fully aware of the door mechanism once the job was completed. Sally arrived to measure and provide quotation exactly at the time and day agreed. She was knowledgeable and efficient and the quotation arrived quickly and was very reasonable. Before the quote arrived, one of my windows broke and she provided advice and support quickly and efficiently and updated the quote. The new windows arrived earlier than promised and we're fitted on the day and at the time agreed. From first engagement to completion very good. Came to do measure up issued quote. Second visit final measure and discussed options when we changed to triple glaze and changed the design on a window. Extremely professional service throughout experience. Company rep visited to take the measurements and discuss the options, and I was kept updated with the timescales for build of the new units. On installation day, the team was on time, professional and did an excellent neat job, including removal of all old window material. Managed to do the full replacement without any damage to plaster or paintwork.
