Paul has fitted a door and other windows to the house in the past and has always done an excellent job. We have been using Paul for years and wouldn’t use anyone else. Paul works really hard, he is always professional and courteous on what he does. I’ve always been happy with the new windows fitted.

Sally carried out the initial survey and price which was competitive. JK turned up on time on the agreed date, were very diligent and knowledgeable about what they were there to do and the order in which they were going to tackle the job. Both were very polite and happy in their work. The house was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. They overcame various issues which became apparent when the old windows were removed Overall, we are very happy with the final product / installation. As JK Installations were recommended to me by a friend, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

High quality product carefully and efficently installed. The fitters arrived on time and were very courteous and polite. They ensured that we were fully aware of the door mechanism once the job was completed. The site was left neat and tidy with all waste products removed from the premises.

Sally arrived to measure and provide quotation exactly at the time and day agreed. She was knowledgeable and efficient and the quotation arrived quickly and was very reasonable. Before the quote arrived, one of my windows broke and she provided advice and support quickly and efficiently and updated the quote. The new windows arrived earlier than promised and we're fitted on the day and at the time agreed. The sun room was left spotless and am very pleased with the windows, thank you.
