  Jake recently replaced a ball value. I have used Jake before and as on previous occasions, I found him courteous, he arrived at the time agreed, and he came prepared with the tools and parts needed to be able to complete the job in a single visit.

  Jake came and sorted out an issue we had with a blocked and cracked waste pipe in an awkward location. He was prompt, efficient, friendly, professional, and clearly very good at what he does. Also affordable, which is much appreciated! Would thoroughly recommend.
