I recently had an issue with my toilet that needed urgent attention, and I couldn’t be more impressed Jake, who came to fix it. Jake is friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done in simple terms, and got straight to work. The repair was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Jake is excellent .. he has carried out work at my home for several years . He answers calls promptly .. his work is first class and he explains why a problem has occurred and how he is solving it . I highly recommend him .
