Jake arrived promptly, did a great job on our toilet cistern, carried his own hoover in to clean up too. Great value, worked really efficiently. We highly recommend Jake. His communication too was excellent. A proper tradesman!

Jake arrived on time and diagnosed sewerage small straight away, solved the problem straight away. Fair price would highly recommend.

JK plumbers answered the phone first time I called, listened to what I needed to have fixed. He came when he said he would -same day I called-and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. At a good price. Definitely recommend.

I emailed Jake at 10pm and he replied straight away saying he would call me in the morning first thing. He called as promised and arranged to come out that day and before we left for holiday that afternoon. Really great communication and service. Issue was fixed at first attempt, Jake had brought the part with him. Issue with toilet waste pipe was repaired quickly and left tidy. Jake is super personable, knowledgeable and professional. I'd use his services again and would highly recommend him.
