  I contacted several companies for this service and this company stood out above others. They were friendly and professional with a huge ‘can do’ attitude. Their task to clean an end of tenancy for 5 young men did not phase them and they assured me the house would sparkle. I had complete trust in them. And they were absolutely right, it didn’t just sparkle but every surface, white goods, bathrooms, windows, doors, everywhere in fact was pristine, shiny and clean. These people worked extremely hard. I have no hesitation in recommending J & J, you will not be disappointed.

  An expensive deep clean, but worth it.

  Communication was timely and helpful. Despite a brief confusion over dates, we managed to agree the scope of work and a time and date to start. There was a slight delay, for which an apology was swiftly communicated. The work was completed on time and any small areas identified as requiring some extra attention were quickly and efficiently dealt with. The employees were courteous, efficient and keen to respond to my specific requests and direction. I agreed to the quote, which was a little higher than I was expecting, but the work was carried out well.
