  Svetlana provided a thoroughly detailed end of tenancy clean, at a competitive price, which resulted in my full deposit being returned. On the checkout report, cleanliness was marked as 'extremely high'. Alongside this, Svetlana was extremely accomodating to my needs and was punctual in response with clear communication.
