James and his team did a fantastic job. I was kept informed along the way of what was happening. The job was done in the time specified, was a good price and everything was left clean and tidy. James attended swiftly after my initial contact to quote for the work and returned 2 weeks later to carry out the roof replacement. On removal of the old roof, some further works were required due to the discovery of rotten beams and this was all fully explained to me before I agreed to the extra work. James also pointed out some minor roof repairs to the main roof and I agreed to have these done together with a roof de-moss and clean which he returned to do a few days later.
