James and his team did a fantastic job. I was kept informed along the way of what was happening. The job was done in the time specified, was a good price and everything was left clean and tidy. James was very honest and polite and I would recommend him 100% and if any of my friends or family need this type of service, I would suggest they go to him.

James attended swiftly after my initial contact to quote for the work and returned 2 weeks later to carry out the roof replacement. On removal of the old roof, some further works were required due to the discovery of rotten beams and this was all fully explained to me before I agreed to the extra work. James also pointed out some minor roof repairs to the main roof and I agreed to have these done together with a roof de-moss and clean which he returned to do a few days later. All work was carried out to a high standard and the site was left clean and tidy.

James and his team replaced the roof tiles on a neighbours property so we asked for a quote to replace the felt on our garage and utility room and to apply wire mesh to our solar panels to prevent access to pigeons. James gave a very fair quote and offered to do the work at short notice weather permitting. James and his team arrived punctually on the agreed date and replaced the felt as expected. He then returned a few days later to apply the wire mesh. Could not fault him or his team in any way and work was completed to a good standard. Payment was only requested once we were 100% satisfied.

James came to assess the job within 2 hours of my initial call. We then arranged a time for the job to be completed a few days later at my convenience. He arrived on time, and carried out the job and explained fully at each stage of the process what the issues were. He was superb to deal with at all times and I would thoroughly recommend him.
