Joe was great, instantly on the phone but my Tennant and I sat ease, new he had the parts had to drive 45 mins each way to get to the flat and back. No hesitation just great service. Joe was communicative and kept us informed throughout the process. He assessed what needed to be done for the lock on our bifold doors, ordered the part and made the change promptly.
