10 Great lock replacement service

We recently used JJ Locksmiths to change the locks on our new property. Joe responded quickly with suggested replacement locks and provided a quote.. The work carried out was excellent and British Standard locks were fitted, which feel much more robust. Couldn’t have been more helpful. My son broke the lock in our door and I could not leave the house . Joe was here really quickly, sorted everything out and also fixed another longstanding issue with the door while he was here. Job location: BR2Someone had tried, unsuccessfully to force the side gate to my garden. They had succeeded in breaking the gate lock. The first tradesmen I spoke to didn't seem to understand the problem, Joe not only understood it,but accurately identified the type of lock fitted. He had just finished a job and was able to visit quickly. Within half an hour he had replaced the lock and made an additional security adjustment. Throughout he was polite, friendly and very efficient. His price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.- AAndrew H
