It was a Saturday but Joe came back to me very shortly I messaged him after losing my keys. He was quick in replying, very precise and transparent with pricing from the very beginning. Excellent service. Joe was very professional, responsive and flexible. He was with me within a few hours to help me gain access to my property after loosing my keys. He was punctual (arrived before time) and resolved the issue rapidly. Although he quoted me for a lock change, he managed to open the lock allowing me access to the property where I had spare keys. I ended up not needing a new lock in the end, saving me time, money and stress. He is also priced competitively. Rang in an off-chance having seen the number. So pleased with the positive response. Quick ease messaging to arrange a visit to see what was wrong. Fixed within 15mins and at a reasonable call out and fix price that was agreed up front.
