Joe was great, instantly on the phone but my Tennant and I sat ease, new he had the parts had to drive 45 mins each way to get to the flat and back. No hesitation just great service. Fixed the problem no stress. Great work highly recommend

Joe was communicative and kept us informed throughout the process. He assessed what needed to be done for the lock on our bifold doors, ordered the part and made the change promptly. He also gave advice on a separate issue for the bifold doors not related to the lock. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
