    Absolutely awful experience with Jamie. Failed to repair the machine correctly and then failed 5 times in a row to turn up and correct where he went wrong. His excuses for not turning up were just ridiculous I would not recommend him at all. Worse service I’ve ever received

    This is a very very unfair comment, we have refunded fully too please the customer the o-ring on the wash motor was needed due too a leak, found after correcting the 1st issue eco flashing light which was a sensor issue, we have tried too correct the delay by keeping you informed and making you aware, we have had health issues meaning being hospitalised which you seemed as if you didn’t care, sadly our health comes 1st, many thanks JJK Domestics
