JJK offered lowest price. Service was absolutely excellent. Jamie the engineer was well-presented, very friendly and worked very quickly and efficiently. Also, he saved me money on the waste pipe he fitted. I will definitely use JJK again for any other appliance repairs. Thank you

I feel very satisfied with the work carried out by this company both yesterday and previously. Jamie arrived on time. He was friendly and personable, as well as getting on with the job efficiently and effectively, whilst also explaining what he was doing. I had another electrical problem, which Jamie also sorted out for me before leaving. It felt that in this way he went the extra mile to help me, which I really appreciated.

Very quick and efficient service. The problem was identified straight away and a part needed ordered, with a future date for the full repair to take place. Overall very happy with the service.

The turnaround time was exceptional. Within a day of posting the team at JJK were able to offer an exact quote, and showed a knowledge of the problem along with how to resolve it. The communication was really good with a mix of check a trade portal and there own auto text message system. The work was carried out at the time given, with a friendly, efficient and helpful service. The quality of workmanship was high, and I was very pleased with the whole experience offered and delivered by JJK Domestice. Will defo recommend and use again!!
