Perfect couldn’t be happier, highly recommend

Absolutely recommend. Excellent communication throughout, genuinely lovely guy. Very knowledgeable and gave us great advice as well that made disposing of our old oven a lot easier! Will definitely use again.

JJK offered lowest price. Service was absolutely excellent. Jamie the engineer was well-presented, very friendly and worked very quickly and efficiently. Also, he saved me money on the waste pipe he fitted. I will definitely use JJK again for any other appliance repairs. Thank you

I feel very satisfied with the work carried out by this company both yesterday and previously. Jamie arrived on time. He was friendly and personable, as well as getting on with the job efficiently and effectively, whilst also explaining what he was doing. I had another electrical problem, which Jamie also sorted out for me before leaving. It felt that in this way he went the extra mile to help me, which I really appreciated.

Element was fixed. Mentioned issue with washing machine. Originally scheduled another appointment but they got delayed. Arranged another appointment to fix which they arranged
