  Great for plumbing issues.

  Joe the plumber did a great job in my flat. There was a lot of work which needed doing, including fitting a new boiler, replacing radiators and redoing the kitchen plumbing. All the work was completed to a high standard and I would use J Interiors & Exteriors again.

  Clear communication, efficiency and promptness

  I really enjoyed working with Ekhtiyar and am very happy with the results. Every aspect of the experience was positive. I was impressed by the directness and clarity of communication, efficiency and promptness. I needed two doors to access my eaves voids. When I returned home in the evening on the day the work was completed, everything was immaculate and the work was done to spec as agreed. I would not hesitate to recommend Ekhtiyar and his team.

  Our Neighbours have recommended and We are glad we chose JInteriors and Exteriors LTD for our fencing works, Ekhtiyar and his team did the works while we were away, updated us every day , when we came back we saw a very good quality job and we happily recommend them.

  Not recommended - poor workmanship and rude communication

  They carried out a full renovation (kitchen, bathroom, painting, plumbing, garden). There were significant issues with workmanship and the handling of concerns. Repeated plumbing problems shortly after I moved in (leaks, flooding, boiler issues and dishwasher problems). The decorating was poor - many areas still not finished to an acceptable standard after repeated snagging visits. When I raised concerns, the response was rude, personal and involved denying issues that were clearly evidenced in our communications.

  Dear customer, 28 Nov 25 my plumber said to you drain outside of your property is partially blocked, you were going get Building management to sort it, you forgot till 31 Dec. it blocked again, since you unblocked your drain 2 Jan 26 and all our plumbing carried on working perfect is proof our plumbing was not a problem. Your decoration we had to complete 8 Dec. you moved in 24 Nov and restricted works and allowed us do only 4 days instead of 9 days, also deducted money from payment for it, saying you will do the snags, 447 texts and 33 e mails to you are more than 0 communication Thank you

  Excellent work, thorough job and great attention to detail.

  Ekhtiyar was great. We needed a complete refurbishment to an en-suite bathroom which required some repair work to the floorboards. On time, on budget and with enormous attention to detail. Invoicing was transparent and each step of the way was communicated, along with photographs. Highly recommended.

  Electric works - good communication, fast & top job

  Ekhtiyar was a pleasure to deal with. He always replies very quickly, and will always try to make things work best for me as a customer. This time, at very short notice ahead of a let his electrician came and carried out: 1. Consumer Unit replacement for all of the property's electrics 2. Electric Health check and report   3. EICR about New Consumer Unit installation As well as misc. stuff like changing switches and circuits. They were in for 3 days and were polite and friendly and clean.
